Marketplace management system

Dataslab Marketplace offers centralised management of product display, catalogues, suppliers, stock control, orders and marketing tools.

It allows administrators to manage catalogue settings, categories, filters, menu elements, popular products, collections and the rules that define how products are displayed on the website.

The system supports working with both marketplace and third-party stock. Product items can be sold depending on the chosen algorithm. Alignment with the financial management framework is additionally facilitated.

How Does It Work with Dataslab PIM and the Supplier Portal?

Suppliers create products in their own individual portals. These products are then sent to the PIM system for moderation and structuring.

Once there, the product data is reviewed and enriched with attributes, categories, images, descriptions, and any other necessary information.

Once approved, products are published on the marketplace. Administrators can control which products appear on the website and which are featured as popular items. They can also decide which collections are displayed in the menu or on catalogue pages.

When a customer places an order through the marketplace, the order details appear in the supplier portal and can be synchronised with the accounting system.
